OUR MISSION
The LadyBoss Organization is a group of strong women igniting our passion to make a positive contribution within our communities. Through donating our time and energies, we will work to provide fundraising and service opportunities to organizations who are in need. The LadyBosses will create a space to empower women and emphasize their strengths. We strive to motivate younger generations to hear the call of civil service and volunteerism.

It all started in 2017 with a small group of busy friends who had a passion for volunteerism and community engagement. They wanted to make volunteering approachable, impactful, and fun.

Since 2017, we have supported and partnered with over 30 nonprofit organizations through our volunteer and fundraising efforts. We have a passion for championing other grassroots groups.
